Ridgeline Community Church

The church isn't for the self-righteous and proud. The church is filled with imperfect people worshipping a perfect Savior. The Apostle Paul described a struggle common to all believers in Romans 7:21-23 -  The solution to his dilemma is found a few verses later  in 24-25 - "Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?  Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.  8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."  Followers of Jesus are far from perfect! 

 If David, a man after God's own heart, could fall into terrible sin; if Samson, the strongest man in the world, could fall into terrible sin; and if Moses, the man who God spoke to as a friend, could disobey God and be denied entrance to the promised land; then who are we to think that we could be better than David, Samson, or Moses?  But the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ is that we are being transformed into the likeness of Jesus day by day.
